I am still waiting for my credit, but there is simply no way of gettign in touch with a real person at this ridiculous organization. They neatly sidestep the real issue and sends me ridiculous messages, first they requested proof of payment several times, then they never acknowledged the fact that I sent them proof of payment several times, then they send me a profoundly stupid question, asking if I am trying to pass of the same payment for different transactions. I paid 40 Euro more than a month ago, and have been trying to get 12VoIP to give me my credit, to no avail. I wonder how many people have experienced the infinitely stupid replies that 12VoIP so-caled customer service (automated) sends when one enquires about credit not received.
